Indoor golf instruction is perhaps the best time to make swing changes that will last. Indoor golf instruction provides an environment that is free of outside distractions. Outdoor distractions such as heat, cold, wind, insects, or worrying about the direction of your shot can make a difficult learning situation. When working on a swing change indoors, your focus is entirely on your swing, distraction free.
While teaching golf indoors, I always use video analysis or high-definition swing simulators to learn about your own swing or ball flight. This way you are concerned only with making a swing change and not focusing on other outside distractions.
